Here's an update to my previous cat illustration. Hope you enjoy..
Please let me know if it's looking too dark on your monitor.. I seem to have problem with colours on different screens :-(

Oh wow. Blast from the past. Very nice fur texture. But yes, way too dark on my monitor.
actually, still looks dark on my monitor... i think you can still push the light around his head brighter. I can only see his forehead as the vocal point now. eh, plus the hilight from his left shoe.
Nice work Charles! I like the lighting and rich saturation of the fur, it really draws the eye to a focus.
I'm on a macbook, so the brightness looks fine to me. LCDs tend to make images appear brighter so maybe thats why?

Jason: Yeah.. LCD makes images much brighter indeed. :-( Have to figure something out about this...
