Holding the Past

For a 'Frankenstein' theme ChiuStream contest :) What story do you see in this image? I'm just curious if I portray it as intended :)

Hope you like it.

Wow! Charlie, this is so cool, man! Don't see much gorey art from you hehe! I think I get the story here, He saved his kid from that evil professor. Am I right?

Anyway, hope you're well, dude!

Heya Gee,
Thanks, man! You're close with the story.. I was intending to show that the boy IS the frankenstein now (he received the boy's brain).. He was mad after the experiment and killed the doctor and now he's holding his old self (hence the title: Holding the Past) :P

I can see that there's a lot of stuff that I can do to make the story clearer.. I guess I'll update it a bit later :D

Thanks for your thought!

Joverine: Thanks for the vote, man.. really appreciate that you tried :D

Yours is great! Very cool portrait.. I'm sure you'll get quite a lot of votes if you weren't late.

I have to wait for Bobby to post the hi-res version.. I wasn't able to watch it since it was at work hour for me :( Can't wait to see it!

Cheers,
Charles

Wow! Awesome!!!! To be honest, I really didn't understand what you intended to, though. I thought the boy was a kind of a young version of Frankenstein and the big one killed the man (Nosferatu?? :P) to somehow protect the kid... Although it was too late.

Anyway, now I think your version makes muuuuch more sense, so I'll forget my crazy story and I will just say: "Wow! Awesome!!!!" :D
