Great sense of story here. Feels very much like a book illustration to me. Or perhaps one of those onepanel cartoons with a bit of text underneath. I second it looking traditional, watercolor, I'd say.
What I see: A sinister-looking door, a package delivery guy who won't know what hit him and lastly the "remains" of his predecessors.
Is any of that even halfright? :D
