Some sketches and ideas :)
Playing around with markers.
I'm planning to create a series on this 'Noodle' subject...
Hope your January is going great so far!

Oh I love those noodles drawing! Especially loving the cat. Such a cute idea :)
I really like those portrait roughs, sir, there's some beautifully exaggerated silhouettes there. I think I see a couple Civil War generals! Great exercise.
Lately, I've been setting the chopsticks aside and boldly diving into the bowl like these three, or going for my fork. Never was a natural at the sticks :(
Great idea, make sure you don't 'noodle' the art in this series :)
Almost literally cannot wait to see the noodle series! Looking like a brilliant idea already. Be sure to post them big enough to be my new wallpaper, yeah? Haha, keep up the great work ;)
I adore the noodle series starter! so cute.
The faces are very nice!
I hope to have skills like that in the future, it's really impressive to come up with appealing faces that randomly.
Keep it up :)
Those studies are looking amazing! So cool to see such minimal use of line and still see form. Nice work, Charles!
Your illustrations are pure JOY!! Your style is most wonderful. Thanks so much for leaving a comment.

Great sketches. Those noodle ones are cool, really cute.
I see you've changed your banner - looks great :D
Great noodle drawing.
Also, I love the little head painting studies. (The guy in the middle looks like Obama disguised as Lennin!)
