Journey to be a better artist and storyteller...
I enjoy looking at clouds and seeing different shapes in it. I know it's a cliche.. but I still love it :) Do you still do it these days?
Hope to post stuff regularly again :) Stay tuned, guys!

First is the little prince's boa that just ate another boa that just ate an elephant, and the little one is its son.
Second is a very pretty son of a lion and a dog.
Third is a cute flying mouse and it's soul mate.
Fourth and fifth are giants creators of different types of clouds.
And the last one looks like a fried egg haha.
I still do, and try to look at shapes every time I see a cloud involved, even if it's just a drawing or a photo. It's just amazing.
Lovely post Charles!
I love that something so simple as clouds can be done so beautifully.
clouds can truly be a portal for imagination. i still do, it's fun! :)
stop being so darn successful!! :D great clouds!
Every now and then you'll see a cloud (or a tree) that looks totally ridiculous in shape. If you were to put it in a painting people would think you made it up, because it looks so wrong and unnatural. So I always wonder why artists make clouds and trees so generic and perfect, because nature isn't perfect. Nice study, sir!
Clouds are always so interesting to look at! Love your paintings. They all have such a soft quality to them. :)
Those are fantastic! They look pretty awesome to me!
Clouds are endlessly interesting, actually. They reflect the color of whatever is going on with the sun and sky. I used to work as a bg painter and honestly, the most difficult task I had was making the clouds look believable. I've even heard accomplished landscape painters say the same. Funny how that is - we take them for granted and yet they are so complex!
All my best to you!

Ted: Yes!! Perfection is in the imperfection.. don't know if that makes sense at all.. but sounded cool. hahaha.. Thanks kindly, sir! :D
Carla C: Thank you, Carla! :)
Julia: Thank you so much, Julia.. yes, they're extremely hard to do. The sky and clouds always 'wow-ed' me everytime. They were made to keep people humble I guess haha :) All the best to you too :)
clouds rule man - -these are cool !
looking forward to my regular Charles Santoso updates : )
I love clouds! They have such personality, and you've captured it so well!
Very inspiring work as usual :)

Hi Charles, are these for sale?
Ben: Unfortunately no :) Thanks for the interest though.. I might do something properly for sale in the future :)
What a great exercise...
Must have been hard to resist the temptation to attribute shapes to them as you drew them!
